    Here is his letter: http://www.brainsyntax.com/Portal/M...alovingfatherabusedbythefamilycourtsystem.pdf

    Here is his obituary: http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/washingtonpost/obituary.aspx?pid=169166767

His blog appears to have been messed with. Shameful.

Note that in his obit, there is a link to donate to a battered men's site.

While it has been a long time coming, there are finally people who do recognize that men do get abused too.

The same as with women's group, it is disturbing to see the same problems crop up, such as men bashing ALL women with the same stereotypes. However, on either side, one thing remains consistent.

Humans are vicious to each other the family courts can be vicious and vastly unfair when it comes to dealing with these matters. The kids, instead of being the focus, too often end up tossed with the best manipulator and the losing party ends up with a life he/she doesn't feel is worth living anymore. It happens more than most people realize. Many are just too traumatized to even think about it, let alone speak freely. After all, a court made a ruling, and who doesn't believe a judge?

I hope this story makes people think twice when you see a man (or woman) who has been alienated from his children. Even if you do not see his pain, it is there. Even if a judge has ordered it to be so, it doesn't mean it was right.
