Uhm, haven't we learned in the last 2 weeks that IF this man BELIEVED he was a soldier, then he's a soldier? lol

Any Marine could have spotted that guy as an imposter from a mile away. He should have ripped the medals off that fake.

That was here in Indiana, too. Indiana used to be a down-home state but lately the money of the gays has turned heads. The Mayor of Indianapolis was Grand Marshall of the gay pride parade in Indianapolis last Saturday. He wants to bake cakes for them for their weddings.

The marine imposter got lost of publicity so I guess that he will have to leave town.

Maybe he can move to Spokane.

That's right--it's all about how you feel and everyone else needs to affirm your feelings/choices (or suffer legal penalties or be ridiculed by social media.) That real marine should be ashamed of himself for being such a pseudophobe.

Honestly, he wore the uniform so badly that if it wasn't for the LCpl chevron, I would have thought he was a parking valet or something. My second thought was, isn't this guy a little long in the tooth to be an E3? He looks like he's my age. To be in your late 40s, you'd have had to be busted in rank numerous times.

I remember the sitcom Major Dad and how it was a minor scandal that the little girl wore the "Major"'s cover in the opening credits. So much so, that in the next season, they changed the opening credits to show the little girl trying to grab the Major's cover and him strongly rebuking her. It's a serious thing. It means something.

To be honest, unless it's a case where somebody is pretending to be a soldier or Marine to defraud somebody, then I'm more saddened for them than I am offended because, to me, it says that there is something wrong in their life that they have to try to create a life for themselves to make themselves feel like somebody. They need counseling more than jail.

But if you're going to dress up and pretend to be a soldier or Marine, if not out of respect for the men who died in that uniform, then at least out of respect for yourself, put a little effort into to do it right. This guy was just pitiful. The magnets on my refrigerator were more orderly than his medals.

Worst phony I've ever seen.

As the OP noted, no belt and no cover (hat).

Lance Corporal chevron with blood stripe on trousers. LCPL is not an NCO and doesn't wear the stripe.

Medals scattered all over his chest.

Moron. :BangHead:

Exactly, DT. The real Marine who accosted him IS a pseudophobe! Just like everyone who makes fun of Donezal is a transracist. White privilege at its finest.
