Prison Guards Break Up Riot at Saudi Girls' School —arabianbusiness.com

Female jail wardens were called into a girls’ school in Saudi on Monday after students rioted in protest over the confiscation of their mobile phones.

Police were called to the school in Makkah after the students attacked the school principal and trapped her in her office. During the riot, girls broke tables and chairs and opened gas cylinders, reported Arab News.

The rioting happened after the principal and her assistant found seven camera phones, makeup items and perfume
