Archbishop Theodore McCarrick, 88, former Cardinal of Washington DC, had been living in a roughly 2 1/2 million-dollar mansion owned by the Roman Catholic Church in Washington DC.

His location was found out and made public by Catholic author and journalist George Neumayr, who co-authored the book No Higher Power: Obama's War on Religious Freedom with the late Phyllis Schlafly of Eagle Forum and the Stop ERA campaign. Cardinal Donald Wuerl of Washington DC became so angry at what George Neumayr did that he sent his bodyguards, including the former head of Obama's Secret Service, to chase him down and follow him and then he banned him from attending church within his area. Unfortunately, for Cardinal Wuerl, his own cover-up of McCarrick's predations along with his own cover-ups of hundreds of case in Pennsylvania, where a high school once name for him had the name vandalized and officially removed and revoked, caused the Pope to begin to accept Cardinal Wuerl's resignation. Cardinal Wuerl is thought to be in Rome and one has to wonder if he can return to the US without being arrested? Hopefully not.

As for the vicious McCarrick, who once owned an Atlantic ocean beach house where he regularly raped seminarians, he avoids arrest for some reason and now is being sent to Victoria, Kansas, to a small facility, which he will be a notorious guest for the rest of his life.

According to the Kansas City Star:

Former Cardinal Theodore McCarrick, who stepped down in July over credible allegations that he sexually abused seminarians and minors for decades, is now living in a friary in Kansas.

The Archdiocese of Washington confirmed McCarrick’s residency in a statement issued Friday.

“In late July 2018, our Holy Father Pope Francis requested that Archbishop Theodore McCarrick withdraw from all public ministry and events,” the statement said. “To that end, Archbishop McCarrick now resides at St. Fidelis Friary in Victoria, Kansas, in the Diocese of Salina, with the permission of the Provincial Superior of the Franciscan Capuchin Community responsible for the Friary, Fr. Christopher Popravak, O.F.M. Cap., and the Bishop of Salina, Most Reverend Gerald Vincke.”

The Washington Post is saying that Pittsburgh paid a settlement in 2005 of $80,000 to cover a McCarrick rape in 1980 while Wuerl was Bishop. Wuerl is thought to be in Rome but it is clear that he has lied and has covered up. Hopefully, he will stay in Rome. McCarrick should have been arrested years ago instead of being transferred to a cozy retirement in Kansas.
