    McConnell drops filibuster demand, clearing way for Democrats to take full Senate control

    Notice how the LEFT worded this title. It is fake news.
    Yet, the Filibuster is to remain in place, meaning 60 votes to pass legislation, so they do not have full Senate control, if you believe their own words.
    Primarily McConnel drops the demand to keep the filibuster due to 2 democratic senators, Manchin and Sinema promising to not vote to end the filibuster.
