MeToo and Partisan Politics?

They're hypocrites. What did you expect?

 

The significance here, if you can call it that, is Huffington Post is reporting, and Yahoo is carrying the story. However, I can’t help but notice how mildly they treat Hillary here. The subtitle reads: “Her remarks about the Lewinsky affair appear at odds with Me Too’s message.” So, they do still have kid gloves after all.

And, yes, they are hypocrites, so this is about what one should expect. I mean, Bill is no Harvey Weinstein, right? And the ladies were not high profile actresses.

 

HuffPo and yahoo are birds of a feather.

Both are left wing purveyors of fake news.

Well, not completely anyway. But they mostly excused and defended Clinton, even calling her a victim, despite briefly acknowledging how badly she treated the women who were the actual victims.

Behar claimed she did her due diligence at the time by speaking out, then turning around and voting him back into office. She was complaining that some have called her a hypocrite for it.

They did say Hillary should have nonchalantly acknowledged in hindsight the wrong her husband did, then asked to move on, figuring Americans would forgive her. No mention of having to make a public statement apologizing to Monica, much less others. They hardly mentioned anything related to the many other victims in the Clinton wake.

The whole thing was extremely mild compared to their usual angry, emotional rhetoric against those whose politics they despise. It was well-spun post-interview damage control.

 

Oh my, and what do you expect outa liberals? Big deal .... move on
