Mexican Secretary of Defense Luis Sandoval said on Monday that Mexico is deploying thousands of soldiers to the U.S.-Mexico border to help stop the massive flow of illegal immigration into the United States.

"Mexico has deployed almost 15,000 troops to the US-Mexico border to curve migration flow," CNN reporter Nick Valencia tweeted. "An additional ~2,000 National Guard elements have also been deployed across the country’s southern border with Guatemala & Belize.: MX Secretary of Defense Luis Sandoval."

This is very good but they wouldn’t be doing it except for Trump. If we deployed as many troops to our own border the media & every wacko would be melting down. I don’t see the difference.

15000 is a pitiful number, a token gesture.

The drug lords of Mexico have more power than these.

This is absolutely trump ... yea!

But now he needs to follow this up with getting these people out of these sanctuary cities and towns and communities. They are depressing our economy and soaking up school tax’s for special programs to matriculate them..... Mr trump, get them the heck out of here and quick.

Yes but it’s a start... a light at the end of the tunnel.

Well, as Churchill said at the invasion of the beaches, “Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning.”

But them 15000 compared to 156000?

It tells a bit about the level of commitment.

How do you know. But the question is sound. Are the Mexicans blocking drug cartels also?
