Mexico's newest export to US may be water

    Mexico really doesn't have fresh water to spare.

    What this is really about is desalinating sea water so that it is usable.

    The environmental groups in the U.S. would stand in the way of building a desalination plant here.

    The solution is we build one in Mexico and then buy the water from there and bypassing the environuts.
