    Typically, I am up until 3 or 4 AM seven days a week due to my work.

    It does not affect my going to Sunday services in the least.

    In the past, no, but now that I have the paper route again, I wait up for the papers that I deliver early Sunday morning.

    I word 3rd shift, so I typically get to sleep about an hour before church, then try to catch up between services. Thankfully, I only work two weekends a month (usually), and when I'm not working on Sat. night, I try to go to bed about 2 or 3 to keep my schedule close to normal.
