Mitch McConnell and Age Limits for Elected Officials

What everyone should be asking concerning that video, please re-watch.
Who is the woman in white who walks up and touches Mitch and he freezes up. She showed no surprise as to his freezing up if you continue to watch.
Something is not right about this. She touches him twice.
Who is she?

I believe you are correct that is who she is. It appeared to me she came through a couple of people reached out and touched him and he went silent. I could be wrong.
Just for the record because it is a You Tube video you can look it frame by frame by pausing and hitting the comer key and yes it appears she touched him and he immediately went silent.
Also I don't know, what, just found it to be a very odd moment.

This is not the NFL so we don't have various camera angles to look at it in video review, but I do not think she touched him. And even if she did so, it would be meaningless with regards to his health issue.
I understand age and health issues are an issue.

Yes, the United States currently has rule by gerontocracy.
Family members and/or close friends should step up and tell these older politicians that it is time for them to step down from elected office(take the political car keys away, so to speak).

First, she’s in shades of green, not in white, though she may be considered white. (“That’s very important.”)
Admittedly, the assisted approach and her timing are indeed intriguing.
I don’t know what’s going on, but can speculate that she swipped a flitch on his sleeve. This could either be because he appeared to be running down, or because someone thought it was time for him to stop.
