    Hebrews 3:

1Therefore, holy brethren, partakers of a heavenly calling, consider Jesus, the Apostle and High Priest of our confession; 2He was faithful to Him who appointed Him, as Moses also was in all His house. 3For He has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses, by just so much as the builder of the house has more honor than the house. 4For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God. 5Now Moses was faithful in all His house as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken later; 6but Christ was faithful as a Son over His house—whose house we are, if we hold fast our confidence and the boast of our hope firm until the end.

How do see this contrast between Moses and Christ being taught?

A servant is obligated to serve, whereas a son is an heir. Moses delivered a message (the Law) that all Israel was obligated to observe but it could not impart life. Christ was faithful as an heir. Those who believe in Christ are not joint-heirs with Moses, they are joint-heirs with Christ (Romans 8:17).

This is true, and I noticed the use “in” and “over,” in contrast (using “but”) of Moses and Christ and was pondering what B.B. members considered the positional aspects.

Moses being in, Christ being over, yet both servants, both reluctant (Moses burning bush, Christ garden), and both concerning the Israel.

Romans begins with the law (Moses) in every heart (Romans 2), then there is the Word in our heart (Romans 10) and Christ over us here in Hebrews.
