Nazareth Cross Ads

    In the last couple days, I've noticed ads on BB about this "Nazareth Cross."

    What do the rest of my BB friends think about it?

    was wondering about that myself.

    went and took a look at their site. looked RC to me, but then maybe I'm wrong.

    or maybe it's ecumenical ?

    at any rate, personally, I wouldn't sign up. good enough for me to know that the Lord wrote down His people's names in the Book of Life before the foundation of the world, and if my name's there, then it's there, and if it ain't there, then it ain't there, and my having my name inscribed on a million crosses in this world ain't gon' make no diff'rence.

    but that's just me.

    ya'll can go ahead and have yourn inscribed, if it seems good to ya'll.

    theres a whole lot of questionable ads showing up on the bb.
    Money buys compromise.

    Agreed, but I also know that our BB administrators can't possibly monitor 24/7/365 every single ad that shows up on BB.

    (Guess that's why they've enlisted the rest of us in their "Neighborhood Watch Out For Ads" program! :thumbs: )

    Sounds like another 'christian' theme park monstrosity to me.
    I explored the web site and did not find WHO the organizers were. This is suspicious to me also.

    I am also wondering how they are going to get the Israeli government to approve such a monstrosity.

    More like Oral Roberts' praying hands that this one-time "faith[?] healer" erected near his hospital [built, I suppose, primarily for those of us whose "faith" was lacking], wouldn't you say?? :laugh:

    But then I'll admit that Nazareth [the town in Israel, that is; not the one in PA, which is the birthplace of racing's Andretti clan!] isn't too far from Benny's birthplace in Tel Aviv.............. :tonofbricks:

    Good observation, av1611jim. Somebody told me once that Israel calls Christians their friend, until push comes to shove.
    Don't know if that's true, though.

    Use Firefox as your browser and install the free Adblock Plus plugin (extension). You'll never see those pesky ads again. ;)
