Close to 200 Minnesota healthcare workers have filed a lawsuit against their employers to halt a pending requirement that they receive the coronavirus vaccine or face possible termination.

They probably don't have a case. I can't remember why...something the DOJ put out (had a briefing and a DOE lawyer explained why in a q&a session....along with workman's comp having to cover sicknesses if caused by a vaccine, vaccines not covered under HIPPA, and something about OSHA not being an authority in vaccine mandates).
