Grass or turf?

Grass, with lots of other stuff mixed in - you know, clover, dandelion, etc. I've often thought that if I had astroturf installed - I'd never have to mow it again - but then I'd probably have to vacuum it - and I don't know which would be worse.

Do you have a swimming pool?

No I don't.

Do you use pesticide on your weeds?

Yeppers. It sure is Part 9....it's never ending!

When do you use your cell phone?

Not very often. I turn it on when my kids are in a different direction -- just in case they need anything.

Q Did you have a good night's sleep?

Yes, I had a great night's sleep. The humidity was low and I did not have to run the A/C.

Window units or central air?

Central air.

Q Is the weather hot day where you live?

Lower seventies. It has been in the eighties with high humidity.

So you enjoy summer weather?

Love Spring, Summer and Fall months weather. I stay in the air alot in the hottest parts of Summer though.

Is your family planning a Summer Vacation?

No - we already had our vacation - went to see the children and grandchilden over Memorial Day weekend.

Do you camp?

I used to have a 'park' camper...loved it.

At the club where we go fishing you can take a tent and stay in it overnight. I've never done that, but grandson is pushing.

Do you sit outside in the evening?

We may start - as we have ordered a two person glider from an Amish craftsman to go on the back porch - otherwise - its tough to post on BB from the back porch when your computer is desktop!!!


Do you have a picnic table outside?

Yes. Grandson repainted it the other day while I repainted our metal glider (3 seater)

I thought you didn't like picnics???

Picnics are OK - I prefer a Chinese Buffet!!

Do you like radishes?

I love them. Especially the icicle variety. I used to plant them every year, but we didn't get a garden in this year.

Do you have a garden?

Yes,

We finally got it all planted early this week - hope it stays warm enough for everything to grow.

Are you a farmer at heart?

I must be, I go to bed with the cows and get up with the chickens! I love to plant, harvest, freeze, can etc., love flower gardening too.

Any special plans for the 4th of July?

Just to spend it with my fiance.

How do you feel about make-up?

I don't think so - but I'll have to ask Jan. We will be attending a 50th wedding anniversary dinner for Jan's sister and brother-in-law on the fifth of July.

Jumped on AdoptedDaughter - hope it didn't hurt - I think I look good in makeup - after you see my picture - you may agree that I ought to wear it!!!
