Where is the New Body that has been reunited with the Soul (after the rapture) during the 70th week or the 7 years of tribulation which takes place before "The Great Whitethrone Judgement", which takes place after "The Second Coming? When is the New Heaven and New Earth created.

You'll be in heaven at the wedding supper of the Lamb. Then the saints will return with Jesus after the 7 year tribulation and rule and reign with Christ during the millennium.

You are mixing time frames. The new heaven is not until after the 1000 year rule of Christ and all is destroyed. The saints will return with Christ for His 1000 year rule.
