NFC north

    Whats up with the NFC north? This has to be the worst divsion in the NFL!

    After the Bears thrashing of my Lions I think that Chicago has a great chance to win the divison.
    The Packers look bad. The Vigkings look bad, and the Lions are the same old Lions who have no consistencey or leadership, plus they are plauged with a loosing mentatlity. And the Bears even though they still stink look like they got a great chance to win.

    I think the Bears are on the rise. They have a really good defense and Kyle Orton looks like he could be good as the QB. But knowing the Bears of the last few years, I wouldn't count on them winning it. It wouldn't surprise me to see the Packers and/or the Vikings rebound from the first 2 weeks and win the division.

    The Packers maybe, but Minnesota looks in sad shape. Culpepper has no one to throw too.

    I agree the Vikings have looked awful....but things change so quickly in the NFL from week to week. They could come out this week and Culpepper throw 5 TDs and look like champs. I am not ready to write them off yet.

    I really hope the Bears can win it, and honestly I would rather the Lions win it than the Packers or Vikings. I am tired of them having good years. Both of them need to go 4-12 for a few years. [​IMG] :D

    I like Mike Tice coach of the Vikes. Met him when he was a tight end for the Seahawks years ago. He is a funny and likable guy very personable.

    I am sure Mike Tice is a nice guy and all....but he comes off to me as a terrible coach....he looks clueless on the sidelines and in interviews.

    I won't go out on a limb yet and say the Bears will win the division, but I'm close to saying it. When I gleefully told my wife that the Bears had scored 31, then 38 points on Sunday, she brought me down to earth with, "Yes, but it's against the Liedowns."

    So far, the Bears are the only team in the division that's looked decent the first 2 weeks. The next game against the Bungles should help indicate whether the Bears are playing way over their heads, or whether they're going to be a contender this year.

    Both the Vikes and Pack are off their oats a little, with a slow start.

    I'm sure they'll get 12 wins . . combined. :rolleyes:
