Mikulski’s ‘Paycheck Fairness Act’ Would Allow Employees to Discuss Salaries

A ‘Paycheck Fairness Act’ introduced in Congress last week would require employers to show pay disparity is related to job-performance and prohibit employer retaliation for sharing salary information with coworkers.

Why continue going through this piecemeal approach? Why not just turn all private enterprize over to the government so they can run it as they see fit? Will save them a lot of time. And, rather than going through this continual slow boil of anger and frustration, just get it overwith.

Rip the bandaid off rather than feeling each little hair being pulled out by its roots. Either way, the bandaid is off and the pain is over. With apparently little to stop them, the government is slowly taking control of every aspect of business. Run your business my way or close the doors.

Education - already controlled by the federal government
Medical - already controlled by the federal government
Social Services - already controlled by the federal government
Energy - already controlled by the federal government
Environment - already controlled by the federal government

Employment (offering/obtaining) - almost controlled.

Go ahead and rip off the bandaid?

Soon, the little Baptist church around the corner will suffer the same fate. Those small hairs are already slowly being yanked out by the roots.
