A measure filed by State Rep. Lois Kolkhorst (R-Brenham) would allow any law enforcement agency that has custody of an illegal immigrant to take the illegal to 'the office of a U.S. Senator or Representative' and leave them there.

Of course it won't pass...but this kind of "anti-hypocrisy" legisation is just what the doctor ordered!

Unfortunately...if they were taken to Washington, it is likely that the Obama administration would give them a Cabinet position.

Another silly, agenda driven, hopeless, and publicity motivated bill, IMNSHO.

Too much tax payer money being wasted on frivolous bills, also IMNSHO.

As long as this keeps up the power brokers have their way because nothing changes.

We ignore the real issues of immigration reform that need to be addressed. This is a real issue that is not going to be solved by taking an illegal alien to the office of a member of Congress or forcing a hospital to check residency papers.
