He seems to be telling the truth.

I think the fiscal disaster that he is speaking of is real and imminent. Their solution is to cut the size of the entitlement programs--social security, medicare, and medicaid-- and to raise taxes. Now the government is adding a healthcare program that will be even more expensive than the three existing entitlement programs and will add to the problem even more. It makes no sense at all.

Agree it is a big problem. Bring all the troops home, put half of them to work defending our borders & inspecting containers and we have killed three birds with one stone.
