    I'm sure the number of children murdered each year will greatly increase, especially when partial birth abortion is once again legal.

    You must forget, there were many Liberals in Congress that voted to pass that legislation. Conservatives didn't have the numbers to pass it without their help. You are saying they will change their minds because Obama takes office. He can't repeal a law without the support of Congress.
