I would think that there would be a coin with Reagan's image. Although he is not my favorite, he was an important president who is well thought of by many Americans.

I would go for Truman ... but it won't happen. Truman made a lot of correct decisions even though FDR had really kept him in the dark during his time as VP.

I seriously doubt that any coin will ever carry the image of a living person.

This would have to be approved by Congress, since there is a current law prohibiting having the image of any living person on our money.

As a coin collector, I would gladly purchase a few of any such coin, but only because I am a collector. Let Mr. Obama prove himself as being worthy of going on a coin, just as did Washington, Lincoln, Jefferson, Roosevelt, Kennedy, and all others. Right now, all of his ideas and plans are still unproven! Many may actually do more harm than good. Only time will tell.

President Obama has not named a Treasurer of the United States yet. Anna Cabral is the acting Treasurer left over from the Bush administration.
