Sure, this employer and any others that resort to this kind of policy are wrong, but it is a cut-throat world within the business arena, and unless you don't mind paying more for a fish dinner and salad, this is the only way, this employer and many others like it can continue to operate and provide cost effective food to the public they serve.

So, tell me again, how will Obamacare really help Americans? It looks like tons of fulltime workers will see their hours cut from 40 to 30, and on top of that they will have to pickup their cost for Obamacare!

Obamacare is a disaster in the making. It is worse than the Titanic, and it hasn't even hit the proverbial iceberg, yet! It's taking on water, and Americans will be the victims in the end!

IMO, that's one of the intended results of ObamaCare.

For one reason or another, if this stays in place, everyone will be covered by government health insurance. (Except Congress)

The few remaining private insurance companies, eventually will "adminster" the governments plan and/or provide private insurance for those who can afford it, themselves, or through their special perks/priviledges.

ObamaCare is just a phase-in process of moving this nation to socialized medicine.

If memory serves, it was during WWII, that company provided health insurance was recogized as a business expense. Prior to that time, health insurace was like home/auto insurance. Everyone was expected to obtain theirs through private polcies.

Would we be facing this situation if health/home/auto insurance were still handled the same way?
