Well, this was said by even conservative economist to be the worst recession since the great depression. Unemployment exceeded 25% during the great depression. I would say 9.8% or even 15% is a lot softer than 25%...From where I sit, the stimulus is so far a great success.

President Barack Obama said in January that his stimulus proposals would "create or save" 4 million U.S. jobs by 2010. At that time the unemployment rate was 7.6 %

You can say that again. Dems did nothing but criticize for eight years and now complain when they are in the driver's seat.
