    Remember when we had all those "back alley abortions" the pro-abortion crowd is always telling us about (it's not true, but that's another thread)? I wonder if this means we're going to have "back alley knee replacements".

    Even without health reform, our current system would end up like this for the majority of the population. In Britain, this kind of rationing occurs. In the USA, we have price rationing.
