OJ found guilty

The evidence is pretty overwhelming as to what O.J. did. I don't see him getting off this time. At the very least he could get a retrial but I would imagine the result would be the same. Only the prosecution could not mention O.J.'s prior legal trouble where the glove did not fit.

His lawyers say that he couldnt get a fair trial because of the folks that think he got away with murder, and will appeal. I wonder just where they could hold a trial where noone knows of his murder trial, and has no opinion?

His lawyers have to say this; they are paid to defend their client. This is the only avenue they have. I agree that if retried he will be found guilty again.

He was such a joy to watch run with the football, it was a thing of beauty. What a shame this is what he did with his life and what he has become.

I am happy for the families of those he most likely murdered, because even though he is going to jail for a different crime, maybe this can now be some sort of solace and closure for them.

I am also struck by how delusional he must be, that he felt asking for a trial by jury instead of by judge was the way to go. It would appear that he must have believed that people would set him free, just as they had done before. I really think he believed he was "OJ", and above the law. I hope somehow this humbling will lead him to the Lord.

O.J. could outmaneuver the best defensive back, and he could bury the biggest lineman. He could carry five guys into the end zone with him. When he retired, he was 2nd on the all time yard list. He's still #16.

He was hilarious in the Naked Gun series.

But I figure he did kill that man & woman, and he's been on borrowed time for 13 years.

May he come to regret it.

I agree, but the people are given counsel regardless of guilt or innocence. In fact, many lawyers are assigned cases regardless of their personal belief or desire.

In this instance things worked out well. O.J. was represented by counsel and was found guilty by a jury of his peers.
