Obama's budget is out and he's spending money like a lottery winner in Vegas. As far as I can determine only one government agency will see a budget cut.
Department of Commerce, down 12.8%
Education Department will show lower spending, but only because of lower interest rates on loans.
Otherwise, it's SPEND, SPEND, SPEND. Here's some of the cash cows:
Dept. of Labor, up 59.1%
Environmental Protection Agency, up 55.6%
Transportation Department, up 31.0%
Dept. of the Interior, up 21.9%
Treasury, up 15.2%
Energy, up 13.8%
