It is estimated that over 300,000 people traveled the Oregon Trail
Of the some 10,000 who died on the trail - only about 5% were due to Indian attacks.

Can you still see the tracks of the wagons on the Oregon Trail?

Indian attack? If I traveled the thing today it'd be a heart attack.

I enjoyed the museum of the Organ Trail, particularly the toys the children used. For example, one chore was to collect buffalo pies, which they used for campfire fuel. Naturally the kids used them for frisbees.
