    I had the power of the Holy Spirit visit me one day while listening to the Sermon, “Method of Grace” by George Whitfield.

    Here is some background for those who don’t know something of the man’s life and devotion to God... and I am continually amazed.

    George Whitefield was mightily used of God to spread the word.
    But I would prefer to put the attention on the One who sent him...

    Jesus Christ.:)

    All of His preachers are mighty.;)

    Really enjoyed that Steve... Thanks... The book by Steve Lawson seems interesting but if I really want to look into Whitefied I would probably buy the two volume biography by Arnold Dallimore... More in depth... Know this my dear brother in the Lord you have piqued my interest in your experience and your recent post I may look further into the Sermons of George Whitefield... The Reformers stated Justification by Faith and because the Lord placed Whitefield on the shoulders of the Reformers, I believe just like George Whitefield... Except ye be born again you have no faith to believe in Jesus Christ... Brother Glen:)
