    I rarely watch the family net.
    But if brother Pat is on I will definitely be watching .
    Pat Robertson has been a blessing to millions around the world for over 2 decades and has programs such as "Operation Blessing" and has been a voice for righteousness in America. He has lso built an outstanding University http://www.regent.edu

    He has said a few things that he has had to repent of and apologize but haven't we all done that. he has also shown humility in apologizing.
    He is humble man and therefore he is a big man in my eyes.

    I posted a note on this thread yesterday in support of your position on Pat Robertson. This is the type of thing that can be expressed once, and time to move on to things that help the spreading of the Gospel. One gets the feeling after reading the entire thread that you are obcessed with this guy. Time to move on brother.

    1. Thank you for your note in support of my position. Have you sent in your e-mail yet?

    2. I continue bumping it to the top in case someone might not have noticed it yet. There are over 13,000 members worldwide on this board and new ones joining almost on a daily basis. I think it is important to get this word out to those who are Southern Baptists and get them involved.

    3. This is sort of an activist thread. If I seem obsessed with not allowing our tithes that go partially to the CP fund hatred and heresy, then I am guilty as charged. I will move on when I have exhausted every option to stop this practice and either there is a change in the SBC or a change in my denomination. I am only beginning, brother.

    Anything is possible, especially if you are looking for a reason to smear the SBC. That is not my intention. I don't care, personally, why he is there. All I care about is that I don't want him there. I am interested in reforming the Convention, not smearing it. Have you sent in your e-mail yet, BTW?

    Joseph, just for the heck of it, tell us what hatred Pat Robertson is filled with? I have watched him for years and never heard him utter anything "hate-filled". I suppose hate is in the ear of the listener, but it is a real stretch for you to continue saying this about Robertson.

    How is what Robertson says in the world edifying or draws people to Christ? People make laughing stock of him and those who listen to him. He just gives them fuel for their fire.

    Well I am sorry that some people see Robertson as a laughing-stock. But so what? He preaches the gospel as he knows it; grace, forgiveness of sin, living a Godly life as the Holy Spirit enables us, the power of prayer, and showing God's love through good works.

    Pat Robertson Has won countless souls to jesus.
    He has fed the hungry and stood for righteousness and been and will continue to be a blessing to the Body of Christ.
    What about you Joseph?
    What have you done to feed the hungry?
    Are you using your resources to lead people to Jesus. Are you being a blessing to the Body Of christ.
    The time you spend tearing down Brother Pat on the internet could be better used to do something worthwhile.

    Winston Churchhill once said:
    "It takes a skilled carpenter to build a barn, but any ole jackass can tear one down"!!!!!!
