I think that many of the schools out there (like this one) is somewhat of a distraction. My father enjoyed correspondence courses from Moody, so I am not automatically “against” such course, but looking at what is offered…shouldn’t churches be teaching this within their walls? The price also seems steep for this type of material - considering what one can lean from Scripture apart from such “institutions.”

Looking at the courses - GB 105P-Humility; GB 212- Christ our Sufficiency; GB 222P- Bible and Prayer…all of this should be taught at the local church level without cost (I’m not sure about GB 201P- Surviving an Economic Meltdown ). But if these are courses which need to be provided at cost by a third party vendor to those within the Body of Christ…then shame on the local churches for not equipping their members in the Word of God.
