    People who park their cart in the middle of aisle while shopping, and preventing others with carts to get thur.

    We call them trolleys. French call them Caddies or sometimes Chariots . I like the latter.

    Newsreaders who use the word "iconic" for every so called celebrity or object.

    The words ironic and random are used way too often and many times with the wrong meaning.

    Also, ALERT! I am sick and tired of people using the word literally when it's clearly metaphoric. These folks are
    so caught up in their enthusiasm they resort to using that word devoid of its actual meaning.

    That is weird situation. By USDOT regs, you have narrow and wide medians. Wide medians are crossed in the right lane. Narrow medians are crossed in the left lane. Many counties and cities do not have enough sense to mark the ones that are not obvious.
