Phillips Hue

    I’ve got two, we call them “family room” and “George” (don’t ask).
    They were a gift from my youngest daughter and her techie hubby.

    My friend Alexia recognizes them and lites them when I ask...sometimes.

    I have to reset the system about every two days because Alexia doesn’t always recognize them.
    It got so burdensome that I use them as I would any other light bulb.
    Saves me having to argue and yell at Alexia.

    Thanks. I somehow ended up with a bulb but never bought the hue bridge. I've had it for 6 months and was wondering if it was worth buying the bridge. Sounds like it may not be.
