The source article says she has been suspended.

    Has she since been fired?

The title to the article had me guessing until I read the content.
I've already seen the video which is the smoking bomb in this case.

The pro-life student organization sent a female posing as a 13yo to a PP clinic to ask about an abortion.

The one who poses as a 13 yo divulges her age, her concern that her parents not know, and anxiety over revealing bf who she 'guesses to be' about 31yo: She wants to shield him and she wants abortion information/ possibly assistance w/o involvement of parental notification.

Nurse at PP clinic, tells 13y/o imposter the law.... that under 14y/o pregancy must be reported to child protective services, parent's notification required, etc..... but, when mildly protested by the poser about age and other problems and suggested solutions, tells the poser that (in essence) age was never discussed.....that she didn't hear the 'child' say anything about age (as a way, presubably to get around the law of reporting suspected child abuse).
She passes to the girl some additional information which she marks a certain area as a way of informing the 'child' information which present problems with reporting procedures if given in application for help, i.e. the nurse can't tell her.....it would be coaxing the 'child' to perjury, but the nurse can inform through a print out of law or policy, so that the 'child' is coached by the information to reserve or change information given in application/ or interview, or referred to a state which is more lenient.

This group of college right to life activist...... got the whole thing on tape and published it on their web site. It is an embarassment to PPH that the accussation that they under-report to child protective services guidlines, suspicions of child abuse, or statutory rape are supported by the tape.

There's reason to suspend or fire the nurse: There's also reason and evidence to suggest that Planned Parenthood is deserving of a more thourough investigation into its practices........ because it is not just the individual staff who break the law....but the policies and philosophy behind the whole organization which encourages it...... for 'as long as they don't get caught.'

Carpo - you did something most people fail to do - you do not believe every thing told you at face value.

Too bad the electorate in this past election did not use the same good thinking you did.

There was a newsmagazine (NBC I think) did an undercover story on s@x predators. They worked in conjunction with the police - when an adult suspect came in (after a computer meet up) to meet a young teen, the adult was arrested on the spot.

I wonder if NBC and the police would do the same thing with Planned Parenthood? I don't see a difference in the crimes - do you?

There is not a comparison to be made here to establish any hypocrisy.

I suppose if you support "choice" this might be important to you. By your standard we should never have our police go undercover because they are lying. The fact remains their illegal activities that lead to the current holocaust in this country needs to be exposed. There is no hypocrisy here and this we needed and necessary. Call it what you want.
