And yet, the prosecutor in this case is the one you're cheering on because she brought up charges that can't possibly allow the accused cops to be found guilty.

So if the process allows the cops to walk free, is she to blame?

I'm cheering her along because she had the guts to do her job and press charges where charges were needed.

Why would she be to blame? She didn't kill anyone.

The blame goes right back to the cops who did it.They killed a man. End of tale. The world knows it, found guilty or not. And the world will respond accordingly if they are found guilty.

(sigh) Why would anyone ask if she's to blame for the death? That's a silly conclusion.

If the process allows the cops to walk free, is she to blame for the cops walking free? That's basically what you've said when you stated that prosecutors manipulate the system.

I haven't BASICALLY said anything if that's not what you read on the page. And prosecutors can and do manipulate the system by pressing charges and doing what they need to do to lose. Some even overcharge.

But we shall see. For sure they don't want THE PROCESS to be played out in the same town that they've done their dirty work so let's see if due process continues to favor the unjust.
