The polls mean nothing to our supernatural God. How many times were the Israelite's outnumbered? If God wants McCain to win this election, He can send legions of Angels to vote [and you can be assured that they weren't registered by ACORN].

We both know that nothing is final when it comes to God and His will on His planet.:saint:

To all my Democratic brothers who post these meaningless polls, let me just say: Wait until November 5th, than we'll see who gloats.....:applause:

    Shalom,

    Pastor Paul:type:

No MATTER WHO Wins (the election) There is only ONE thing that will ALWAYS STAND. GOD is in CONTROL ALWAYS has been ALWAYS will. And it is ALL in HIS PLAN.

So if you don't have any worries as to whom you voted for "For Gods word or Against Gods word" there's where the WEEPING will be when we stand before OUR GOD

And God endorsed a candidate in His Word?

What happens if Obama wins, is their a possibility that could be the Will of God? Or are you so convinced God has a McCain/Palin bumper sticker on his chariot?

God wants Obama to win this campaign. That's obvious.

Good question and deserves an answer.

Putting aside both front running candidates and what they stand for in differences and similarities let us consider a little history...... a little Biblical history:

According to THE BOOK, when the people of the nation were obediant to God, God blessed them with good leadership. When the people of the nation fell into immorality and idolatry their leaders became ruthless and the kingdom suffered wars and troubles and/or losses and destruction.

God blesses or sends judgement upon nations through it governments.... which means it is within his will in all cases..... even when the leadership is evil. His hand of guidance and grace is exercised or his hand of correction and judgement is felt..... in his love it is his way of working all things for our good and for his glory.

We will get what we desserve......unless God is merciful and gracious to give us another chance. But each time he spares us for blessings we are incurring a debt which cannot be met without repentance and revival.

    Thanks for the history lesson.

We are in a financial meltdown, wars on two fronts which just leaked into Syria and record levels of unemployment. Record levels of people are loosing their homes and the Church is being removed from everything but the brick and mortar where we worship. What makes us think God isn't currently passing judgment?

We could be. slaughtering unborn children which is the greatest holocaust in history, approving of homose@uality, tearing down of the family, teaching children about sex, :BangHead:

God could very well be judging us and now He may top it off with an ungodly President like Obama.

My son-in-law, the Bible scholar, says that Obama is just preparing the way for the anti-Christ. The Rapture is soon, folks....you better quit supporting the baby killer gay party and start soul winning and witnessing to the lost instead.

In scripture, God used even ungodly evil rulers to accomplish His will, people who did not believe in Him, people who mocked Him.
We've already heard obamas plans, they aren't the least bit godly, I am sure we are in for God's judgement and wrath in this country. We approve of murdering babies, worship false gods, say there is no god, and the church has become appathetic to it all, in the politically correct name of tollerance.
It may look bad now, but it's nothing like it will be.

And God endorsed a candidate in His Word?

YES Sir HE Sure does! By their actions

What happens if Obama wins, is their a possibility that could be the Will of God?
Yes again!, but not for the good for the people who voted FOR him. There will be Judgment on us ALL And I know that I am clean as to who I have already VOTED for.

Or are you so convinced God has a McCain/Palin bumper sticker on his chariot? I don't answer silly questions.

This election and its outcome is in God's hands, that is very true. That is too bad for us, because there is no doubt the choosing of this leader is what this country deserves. Fifty years ago, yes, there was abortion, and same sex relationships, but people in general were ashamed of it, and pretty much kept it to themselves. Now, not only have we become proud of such nonsense, we make it official with our laws and governmental policies. Not only do we sin, we rub God's nose in it.

What do you expect? He has blessed this nation more than any people in history. We are self centered, ungrateful for what we have, and really do not want to be bothered with the needs of others. God has judged lots of nations for a lot less.

Think about the angels in Isaiah saying "Holy, Holy, Holy" before God's throne, then think about the dripping sin and greed of both the Republicans and Democrats. Both parties are a stench to Him. I am sure He can give us what we deserve regardless of which of the two clowns win.

I believe God is more concerned with His Church than these United States and the current election.

I believe God is very concerned when it's His people who approve of murdering babies, and homosexual marriage/unions. this is why He will bring judgement on this country. In scripture He seemed very concerned about countries and what they approved and participated in. If He was concerned then, why wouldn't He be concerned now.

Why I can agree for the most part with this statement. I do think there are Some people who work very hard to do THE RIGHT thing as to helping others. And
isn't a part of why we're over Fighting these WARS to HELP those less fortunate? Helping them to have a Better Life? By Meeting there NEEDS. And isn't it also true that a Part of the budget deficit that keeps being brought up from sending Money to others both in this country( Katrina and other hurricanes, Calf. Fires Earthquakes) and others.( Tsunami and Earthquakes est.) For Meeting Needs?

How do you know this if the Son and the angels do not know? Only the Father.

Mat 24:36 But of that day and hour knoweth no [man], no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
Mat 24:37 But as the days of Noe [were], so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Mat 24:42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.

When is the judgment going to start? Women have been getting abortions for years now, regardless of who’s been in the White House. As far as homosexual marriages/unions goes, just b/c some States have recently recognized same sex marriage, doesn’t mean thousands of same sex couples haven’t been living together years before hand.

Fact is these two issues you bring up are not new to this Country. This Country has been engaged in these activities for many, many, many years.

So my question is why is God so concerned NOW and not THEN? OR is this just a scare tactic to get a vote during an election year?

She studies the Bible... You know that book that liberals refuse to admit govern our lives!

And no where does it say that Jesus doesn't know the time now... only while he was on the earth.

God gave us things to watch for...

Are you watching, hoping, praying for Christ's return.. I am...

Amen. The church in America has become far too much entangled with the republican Party.
