Portland Mayor Admits Past Relationship With Teen

    PORTLAND, Ore. -- More than a year after denying it, the newly elected mayor of Portland has admitted having a sexual relationship with a male teenager in 2005.

    Sam Adams, who is openly gay, acknowledged the relationship in a statement Monday, after the Willamette Week newspaper broke the story on its Web site.

    Since this thread is a direct violation of the rule regarding human sexuality, as posted in the second "sticky" for this forum, and while I assure you I am in no way approving of any of the actions described in the article, I would still request of the Moderators that the thread be closed, please.
