WASHINGTON (BP)--President Obama reaffirmed his support for abortion rights on the 36th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade ruling.

In a written statement released two days after his inauguration, Obama said Jan. 22 he remains "committed to protecting a woman's right to choose." The anniversary reminds Americans the 1973 Supreme Court opinion "not only protects women's health and reproductive freedom, but stands for a broader principle: that government should not intrude on our most private family matters," he said.

The president issued his declaration of support for abortion rights on a day when tens of thousands of pro-life advocates gathered in Washington for the annual March for Life. Young people made up much of the crowd, which rallied on the National Mall before walking up Constitution Avenue to the Supreme Court building.

Just what is Government doing but getting involved in the private lives of it's citizens when they take our earnings and pay for abortions and provide contraceptives for elementary school children? :tonofbricks:

    He is such a deceiver!

If he truely believed this, then gov. wouldn't be forcing sex education in the schools or tolerance programs for lifestyles starting in kindergarten or elementary school....... at an age when the natural curiosity of children is seldom more than a fleeting question....and that only if triggered by some event in their socializing with others.

Pray that God will convict and turn Obama's heart and change his life for good in the position in which he leads.

Seems it applies only when it comes in handy for him, when it plays against him it doesn't apply.

So you are passing judgment on his soul? Only God can do that.

So your opinion of a politician gives you the right to judge his soul? Hmmm...exactly where does the Bible empower you with such great responsibility? I guess I am just not as omniscient or gifted in that area. :wavey:

we don't have to judge him...God is going to handle that. We just feel sorry for him as the book filled with his life's doings in opened.

But actually, I wrote to you not to associate with any so-called brother if he is an immoral person, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or a swindler--not even to eat with such a one.

I won't be his judge on that final day, but if I were invited to a White House dinner, I absolutely would refuse and tell him to shove it.

    From the OP...
So, if I want to kill someone in my family, it should be legal!

MP and Ken... If you support a woman's right to choose, be warned that you too are accomplices to murder.. and I call on you to repent.

This is not about politics.. I could care less about the political motivation now...

    It is about MORALS..

And anyone that supports murder or the right to murder has no Morals!

I would also add: Jhn 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

I'm pretty horrified that the left will laugh at abortion. Then call us evil. It's a good indication of where they sit, spiritually.

Are we not to look to ones life and see if there is fruit or not? Is that not how we discern if someone needs the Lord?

I am not ready to tell BHO "its time to turn or burn" but I have not seen any evidence that he knows Jesus either.

He supports same sex unions. I believe the Bible has something to say about that.

He supports the pro-choice agenda, I believe the Bible instructs us on how much life means to God.

I believe that we need to be in much prayer for not only his soul, but also for the souls of his family until we can praise God for them being a part of His family.

I am not saying he is lost, but I am not saying he is saved either.

Even if he is saved, I do believe he will have to answer for his stand on these issues and more. AS you and I will have to answer for our stand on these issues or more.

I see nothing wrong with the statement "I would hate to be Obama on judgment day!" simply because I do not think he is on the same page with God on the abortion issue as well as the same sex issue.

I would hate to be you on judgment day simply because I know you are not perfect so there will be things you will have to answer for. Missed opportunities, not reaching the lost, etc. You know what I do not want to be me that day either, because I know I have let God down. After all He has done for me, and I still fail Him, I still fall.

I am the wretch the song sings about

Making fun of us that stand against murdering babies by implying we are serving Satan.. is low.

It shows the sin in YOUR heart.
