Early each morning, private ambulances charged toward a leafy Tomball subdivision where, for a hefty price to taxpayers, patients are dispatched to psychiatric "therapy" in a brown brick house where two portable potties are perched in the driveway....

and don't forget taxis! It is not unusual for me to take a Medicaid client on a $50 ride - ONE WAY!

I have had a few that were over $100 one way

In addition, there are a number of Medicaid patients who are very demanding.
