Pulled/torn muscles

    Got 2 articles due tomorrow but arm is in sling so typing one-handed. Reinjured a torn shoulder and pulled tendons etc down to bottom of shoulder blade.

    LOL! My next move will be to break that arm and teach it a lesson if it won't heal fast enough. :laugh:

    Thanks. The medicine is making me pretty loopy so I'm gonna sub regular high school until I'm off it> (lately I've done special needs but that requires physical effort and can't do that with one arm)

    Very much appreciate prayers. Schedule today is very easy so plz pray the kids behave-despite the easy hours, I normally run like crazy from freshman. They crazy!

    Praying for a quick recovery, Gina! I had a frozen shoulder once a few years ago. OUCH. Can't imagine how much more yours must hurt!!
