Racially Restrictive Property Deed?

    I personally have no problem with this. Free market and all that.

    I just wonder what would the press would be if the situation was reversed. I doubt the news article would be quite so positive.

    It's stupid. But I doubt anyone would really say it's wrong unless it was the other way. There would be an uproar and marches if a piece of property showed up with a deed saying that it should stay in the hands of Whites.


    But it's not like putting that in a deed can stop someone who wasn't Black from purchasing the property.

    Money carries more weight than do the words on a deed.
