I see Tiny Tim as doing nothing more that gendering discussion (and debate) on a subject, and not trying to recruit.
First, we have to determine what the definition of "racism" is.
If, as some have suggested, it is thinking you're superior because of the color of your skin, or despising someone else because of the color or yours, then it is pride, among other things.
However, if you point out statistics that are prevalent amongst those of "black culture" (please note the quotation marks; I will define what I mean, if necessary) such as the fact that one certain demographic that makes up 13% of the population, but commits 48% of the violent crime, and make suggestions as to what to do, you are declared a "racist", even if you're black. (In which case, you're an oreo or an Uncle Tom.)
I Jesse Jackson "racist" for being relieved when he's being followed by footsteps down a dark street and finding out it's a white man?
Are Thomas Sowell and Walter Williams and Bill Cosby racists for expecting blacks to behave themselves in a civilized manner? Would I be racist for expecting the same thing? (What I'm pointing out here is that if I point out bad behavior among whites, it's OK (although I might still be a "hater"), but if I point out the same bad behavior among blacks, I'm labelled a "racist".)
So, define "racism".
