They delivered an extensive, 14-point request for what a second special counsel should cover, including:

  • Allegations that former Attorney General Loretta Lynch instructed then-FBI Director James Comey to downplay the nature of the Clinton email probe
  • The FBI and DOJ’s decisions in the course of the email probe, including controversial immunity deals with Clinton aide Cheryl Mills and others
  • The State Department’s involvement in deciding which Clinton emails to make public
  • Disclosures in WikiLeaks-released emails regarding the Clinton Foundation and, according to the letter, “its potentially unlawful international dealings”
  • Connections between Clinton officials and “foreign entities” including Russia and Ukraine
  • Revelations in hacked Democratic National Committee emails about “inappropriate” coordination between the DNC and Clinton campaign against Bernie Sanders’ Democratic primary campaign
  • The “unmasking” of Americans in intelligence documents and potentially related leaks of classified information
  • Comey’s admitted leak of details of his conversations with President Trump
  • The FBI’s “reliance” on controversial firm Fusion GPS, which was involved in the questionable anti-Trump “dossier”
“Our call for a special counsel is not made lightly,” the lawmakers wrote. “We have no interest in engendering more bad feelings and less confidence in the process or governmental institutions by the American people. Rather, our call is made on their behalf. It is meant to determine whether the criminal prosecution of any individual is warranted based on the solemn obligation to follow the facts wherever they lead and applying the law to those facts.”

Alinsky rule #3
Deny, deny, deny...

"Oh, it's unnecessary, it's already been dealt with"
Right, it was SWEPT UNDER the PROVERBIAL RUG.

But it won't go anywhere anyway because both the congress and the senate are cowards to deal with the Clinton machine that eats people alive.

Watch and see.

But Oh, President Trump - yes. Let's call a kangaroo court!!

At least the worst you get from President Trump is a stinging tweet in retaliation.

In a perfect world justice for politicians would be just as applicable as for all other citizens.

Comey was corrupt even before the first investigative committee. And live on C-SPAN. They should all be in jail. Lynch, Comey, definitely Hillary. However, that's not the way the master/slave politic minds think and practice in America. Hillary will grow old and die never answering for her felonies. As will her husband. Lynch too. And Comey. Who will and is living a fine life for all the payola Clinton Foundation members donated.

When Bill Clinton boldly walked across the tarmac of an Arizona airport to Loretta Lynch's tax payer funded private jet sitting on that tarmac in Arizona, and stayed there for over half an hour speaking to a woman who's office was investigating his wife, which was unethical if not illegal, and right in front of a battery of news reporters recording that walk up those jet stairs and into the plane itself, it was a bold in your face example of Clinton thought processes.
A man who was a former governor of Arkansas,is a trained attorney, and was former Attorney General of Arkansas, besides also a former two term president of the USA, was telling everyone watching and without saying a word, the law does not apply to the Clinton family! Never has. Never will.

And he was right. Thank God his wife wasn't let into our White house.

I think they should investigate the issue (they would if it were any other government scandal at a lower level). But I am not for probing people....or even waterboarding, for that matter.

Glad that Hilary is not in the White House. But she would not have the kind of problems that Trump is now having. But then again she would have Hollywood to back her up.

Oh you mean like obama hold overs leaking info. Of course not they would be on the same page.

People forget that the American people voted ofr Trump because he is not an insider. They would still vote for Trump even still.

Why? Is this Attorney General not capable of handling anything?
