    From the Bible.

Rev 21: 9 And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife. 10 And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem , descending out of heaven from God,

Perhaps you do not believe the Church is the Bride of Christ/Lambs wife.

If the New Jerusalem is the church, then what is "the New Heaven and New Earth"? And if ONLY those who "will" come, to whom is the invitation given?

The heaven and earth is an OT metaphore for the Old Covenant. Thus New Heaven and Earth represents the New Covenant. We are to invite all to the living water, and those who "will" will come and receive it.
