I hope that this turns out to be nothing serious.

Report: Rush Limbaugh taken to Hawaii hospital
Dec 30

HONOLULU (AP) - A Honolulu television station is reporting that conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh was taken to a hospital with chest pains.

KITV reported Wednesday that paramedics responded to a call at 2:41 p.m. from the Kahala Hotel and Resort where Limbaugh is vacationing.

The station, citing unnamed sources, said paramedics treated Limbaugh and took him to The Queen's Medical Center in serious condition.

Queen's spokesman N. Makana Shook says the hospital is unable to comment on the report.

Limbaugh was seen golfing at Waialae Country Club earlier this week. The country club is next to the Kahala Hotel and Resort.

He has dropped a lot of weight, recently.

The Lord's will be done. I selfishly hope that a complete recovery is the Lord's will.

I think that Rush is just playing a little joke on the liberals. Give them a little hope and then be back on the radio next week.

He made an announcement this afternoon that there was no heart disease found and they are unsure why he had chest pain.

Let me give Dr Roger prognosis.

Gall bladder attack.

I lost quite a bit of weight this year, and towards the end had severe chest pains - really bad. It was my gall bladder and as I read up on it discovered that a lot of weight loss can affect the gall bladder as much as weight gain.

There you go, for what it's worth :)

I am no Rush fan by any means, but I wish him the best with this.

Roger, you may be right. I haven't seen Rush on tv in forever (I'm not a fan, either, but don't hate him like the liberals do) but if what you say is true about his weight loss, what you're saying is probably right. Had it happen to me. Lost 110 lbs and my gallbladder basically died. I had troubles for years that were undetected that they thought were other things. Chest pains were symptom one. And gaining and losing and gaining weight is a death knell for the gallbladder (that's what did mine in) and I think Rush has experienced the same.
