School vs Prison

    I think the super forgets that the prisoners are 24 hr detention and care. While I think we coddle convicted felons waaaaaay to much, he is comparing apples to oranges.

    The schools do not "fix" anything and making believe that they have that responsibility is one of the failures of the education system. In fact, the way rules have evolved in public education makes me wonder if the schools do not break more than they fix.

    Most schools (not all) are filled with liberals who can only teach class but would be unable to perform in the real world. There are some who teach as a calling (God Bless Them) but too many look at it as just a paycheck.

    Prison costs would be cut in half if Pot and Coke were legalized.

    There would be sufficient money to teach if only the children who were teachable were in school.
