    Consider the source and motives.

Actually, it was a rather interesting article.
Thanks for the link, Ken. I don't read The Washington Post as much as The New York Times, but I would if I had the time.

It is a rather interesting article, but Biden's speach would be more appropriate if we'd been there 10 years or so. There hasn't been enough time to turn Iraq into lil' America. There is more dependable electricity, better sewage treatment, vastly better educational system, and medical treatment than any time pre war. Overall he is just furthering the anti Bush theme, as usual.

My question to Joseph Biden, when are we going to bring the troops home from Germany, Japan and Bosnia. It seems if we completed those military operations, then there might be enough resources to finish the job in Iraq. As someone said, "Consider the source." Joe Biden has one agenda, get Bush out and a Democrat in.

BB, sorry about that. I am getting forgetful in my old age. There are likely a number of places we have troops over the past decades and no one complained about them.

Too bad we did not have George W before, he could have gotten things whipped into line in short order instead of taking decades. American and coalition troops have done wonders in a relatively short amount of time. Kuddos to the American volunteer military and our C in C! [IMG]
