Because of the social influences pressuring acceptance of unbiblical life choices, and because, as dominos tipping each other into conformity to a more tolerable and stable level, the question of separation and even secondary separation is no longer in the background.

For those unfamiliar with secondary separation let me illustrate.

Fred and joe are believers. Fred and Joe both hold to living their life for Christ, however Joe supports abortion clinics and the alphabetic life styles. Fred then separates from Joe, not over Joe’s own character, but over who Joe supports. This is only given as illustration for definition to those unfamiliar with secondary separation. It is not the basis of the thread.j

    Now the questions:

if you were the pastor of a church affiliated with some others (such as a denomination) at what point would you decide to take the steps to remove that assembly from that grouping?

If you were to decide to separate, what would you see necessary as steps to accomplish that in the assembly?
