Yes, a woman can sing praises to God with her voice.

    1 Corinthians 14:33b-35 NASB
As in all the churches of the saints, the women are to keep silent in the churches; for they are not permitted to speak, but are to subject themselves, just as the Law also says. If they desire to learn anything, let them ask their own husbands at home; for it is improper for a woman to speak in church.
    Thanks Salty, an interesting video.

    1) Do we interpret "the women" to mean "all women" or just to married women who are not subjecting themselves, apparently causing disorder? I think, the second interpretation is correct.

    2) This would allow women to question for the purpose of leaning, but not, as we see on this board, questioning for the purpose of ridicule.

    3) An important facet of the video is the concept to "prophecy." Paul says "prophecy" is not for unbelievers, but for believers. (1 Corinthians 14:32) However, Paul also says if "all" prophesy, the unbeliever will be convicted. I believe the idea is a divine instruction previously unknown to the unbeliever, thus the "revelation" of 1 Corinthians 14:6, and not something unknown to the gathered believers.

    4) As to the content, 1 Corinthians 14:24 the "prophecy" calls the unbeliever to account, thus the gospel message (for all have fallen short of the glory of God) provided it is presented in an orderly fashion by "all" (i.e. without discordant voices).
