Small States May Finally Get Representation in SBC Bureaucracy

A proposal to extend Executive Committee membership to tiny Northern state conventions and Puerto Rico was withdrawn when large states balked at being capped at four members instead of five, but EC President Frank Page said staff would come up with a plan "to add five EC members from the states and territories mentioned. . .without reducing any state's current representation."
