    OK, so here's how the scenario will play out:

    Are you a solidly blue state? Come get yer waiver.

    Are you a swing state? Come get yer waiver, personally autographed by Barry himself.

    Are you a red state? Hey, remember...we all have to carry the load, share the burden, sacrifice. Besides...if you like your coverage, you get to keep it!

    (Or some puddle of sewage like that).


    In other words, ObamaCare is a carrot on a stick, a reward, and a paddle, all rolled up into one three thousand-page, communist train wreck.
